This week, our hearts go to ‘Hero’ by Irish band Von Venn. It is a single that is taken from their most recent album, ‘Jeanie Is Out’, and it is just one of the numerous presents that came with their most recent offering.
The fact that it fills my ears with tranquil indie textures is one of the aspects of it that I adore so much! It has the characteristic of glissando, yet it retains its edge and is distinctive thanks to the variety of sounds it produces. The vocal work by Gary Cox is also pleasing!
