The masterstroke delivery that is “Together in Love and Separation” is something that we could not resist listening to the moment we were tipped off about it the previous week. This Album features music by Western folk musician Saskia Griffiths-Moore as well as Indian classical honorary Chandra Chakraborty.
The Album is jam-packed with excellent material, spilling cultures from both of the artists’ own communities and putting together a consistent sound that will send chills up and down your spine. The voices are sanguine, and the allure that they exude lulls us into a state of peaceful slumber. The music is a concoction of what you would expect if you placed western audio into a blender with Indian culture, and the result is something that personally, we have not come across before.
