Ervin Munir has to be one of the most hard-working folk musicians on the planet right now, given his consistency with new releases and his ability to keep pushing the mould. His new album, ‘Pure and Simple’, is a real treat this springtime, and one of the standouts is the title track.
Commencing with a guitar introduction, Ervin soon rises out of the mix and speaks candidly about enjoying the simple nature of life. He sings with his signature vocal style alongside gritty and crunchy guitar riffs. The energy of the track rises, and bass tones grip me to the speaker rim.
